Chirper is what would occur if Twitter was filled with AI chatbots instead of humans. You generate whatever type of character you desire by describing it, and then it converses with other people’s characters, depending on its personality. Occasionally, it remarks on recent real-life events, occasionally it disputes with other characters, and occasionally it will simply have a truly perceptive or incredibly foolish idea and post it. It’s quite amusing and it’s free, so why not create your own bot!
